教学内容: Sound time , Song time and Cartoon time

教学目标: 

1.会唱歌曲Two little blackbirds

2。能听懂、会说Intonation并做到发音准确。

3.能理解cartoon故事的教育意义。

4。培养学生养成保护环境的良好意识。

教学重、难点:

  1. 句子的升调和降调。

    教学过程:

    Step 1:Warm up

  2. Greeting

  3. Free talk

      T:What can you see in the picture?

      Ss:Black smoke/ Rubbish makes the street/ air/ river  dirty.

      T: Is our city clean?

      Ss: No, it isnt。

      T: Do you like the dirty city?

      Ss: No, I dont。

      T: Do the little blackbirds like the dirty city?

        (设计意图:通过一系列的图片呈现出了环境污染的现状,询问学生是否喜欢这样的城市,再追问两只黑鸟是否也喜欢这样的环境呢,自然过渡到Song time 的学习,不仅复习了本单元...Make(s) ...dirty/messy.的日常用语,又为本课的新授内容作了铺垫。)

    Step 2:Song time

  4. (出示两只黑鸟站在小山上的截图)

    T: Whatcan you see?

    Ss: I can see two birds.

    T: Where are they sitting?

    Ss: They are sitting on the hill。

  5. Watch and answer

       T: What are their names?

       Ss: One named Jack and one named Jill.

       T: What happened?

       T: Thwy flew away because of the environmental pollution.

  6. Learn to sing the song

  7. Sing the song together

  8. Help the little blackbirds come back

       (出示图片,讨论如何解决环境污染)

     S1: We can take the bus and the metro to school.

      S2: We can walk to school too.

      S3: We can plant more trees. They help keep the air clean.

      S4: We can put the rubbish in the bin。

        (设计意图:让学生了解到两只黑鸟飞走的原因——环境污染。通过“我们可以做些事情来帮助两只黑鸟回家”这个活动,让学生运用英语来表达如何保护环境。再由“We can put the rubbish in the bin ”这一环节过渡到Intonation 的教学。)

     Step 3:Sound time

    (由“We can put the rubbish in the bin ”对应的图片呈现Sound time 的教学内容)

    1。Listen and repeat

      a.学生自己总结

      B.教师小结

    4.Try to read (出示几组问答句让学生试读)

       (1) Why are you so happy today?

           Because today is my birthday.

       (2) Who can make new clothes for me?

           We can make new clothes for  you。

       (3) Is this your kite?

           Yes。 Why do you have it?

           I found it near the hill.

       (4) Does Bobby throw the rubbish in the bin ?

           I don't know。       

        (设计意图:通过Intonation朗读训练中的最后一问“Does Bobby throw the rubbish in the bin? I don't know。”为学生设计了一个悬念: Bobby 是否将垃圾扔进了垃圾箱呢? 并让学生带着这个疑问观看Cartoon time 的动画。)

    Step 4:Cartoon time

  1. Watch and answer

      T: Does Bobby throw the rubbish in the bin?

      Ss: No, he doesnt。

  2. Read and order

      Cartoon time 的四幅截图按正确的顺序排列。

    3。Listen and write

      将三段话的内容补充完整。

        设计意图:为Cartoon time 设计了Watch and answer、 Read and order和 Listen and write几个活动让学生理解故事大意,训练学生听力,降低学习难度,提高学生的学习兴趣。

    4.Read and explain

      New words and phrases: throwa banana skin ground slip and fall

  3. Think and talk:Billy may say 。。。

       A。 We are not friends now。

       B.  It doesn't matter.

       C。  You are a bad boy。

       D. You should put rubbish in the bin.

       E。 You shouldn't put rubbish on the ground。

         (设计意图:Bobby乱扔香蕉皮导致Billy摔倒住院,Bobby表示歉意后,Billy可能会说些什么,我出示了一些句子,让学生进行选择,让学生自己感悟出一些道理。)

    Step 5:Summary

      T:Environmental protection — Time to act!

        保护环境,行动起来!

         (设计意图:借用Bobby的口吻对学生进行思想教育“保护环境,行动起来” 。)

    Homework:

    1。Act out the story in Cartoon time。

    2.Find more information about how to keep our city clean.
